We are located in Texas. To calculate shipping charges, go to the website and enter your order. Before finishing checkout/paying, our system will show you various shipping options and associated shipping charges.
Once your order has shipped an email with your tracking number is sent to the email address associated with the order. If you did not receive your tracking number please check your spam filter settings. In order to recover your tracking number manually, click "My Account" in the upper right of your window when logging onto
www.PrimaryArms.com and then click "Review Orders/Track Packages," then select the applicable order and click the "View or Change Order" button.
We will be happy to exchange the sight if it is defective, but what you are describing is a common first impression. It's so common that even Aimpoint and EOTech address the topic in the FAQ's on their website - links to their FAQs are below.
Mount the sight on your rifle and take it shooting. Turn the brightness up only bright enough to see the reticle (this will vary based on the light level of your environment).
