These work great with the ALG Triggers.
by John
These are great springs used with the ALG ATC or QMS triggers and you will have a great trigger combination no take up and a clean 4lb - 4.5lb pound trigger. I have used this combination on six different ARs in 5.56 & 300 AAC without a failure to go bang yet. Although I haven't tried anything other than Lake City 5.56 primed ammo and all the 300 AAC is primed with Federal 7-1/2.
Light but wasn't super reliable

I installed these on an plain mil-spec trigger and had 4-5 light primer strikes resulting in failure to fire. The springs are very soft and one was actually a slightly bent...I used the same exact ammo in two other ARs of mine and never had an issue so I'm convinced it's the springs. I'm going to just stick with CMC triggers I think defeats the purpose of the budget build but I want a trigger I can rely on.
Too light No primer ignition 100% non firing

Trigger pull was good but I had 100% rate of not firing .22LR ammo
Awesome!!!!!

I bought this about a month ago and I love it! I'm buying more for my 2 AR they work just fine with the mil spec parts. So if your not wanting to pay $100+ on I promise you you'll love the $10 you spend on these springs!
Bargain trigger upgrade.

worth every penny. works great with my off the shelf $30 polished/nickel plated trigger group. My trigger was already relatively crisp...with a lighter pull it's now awesome. so...$40 total for what feels like a $100 drop-in trigger? a bargain.
JP Enterprises AR-15 Reduced Power Springs

I put these in a Colt LE6940 with stock trigger. I have Geissele and ALG and BCM triggers in my ARs. The 6940 with the stock trigger and these springs has the best trigger of any of them now. Highly recommend trying these before spending money on a trigger. These would also be great with most any aftermarket trigger.
Good Item

I've added two sets of these to AR Stoner Enhanced triggers, and they really made a noticeable difference. The trigger was already pretty good but still kind of heavy. Now they are both much better with lighter pulls..So for around forty bucks invested in them, the triggers are as good as the ALG-ACT trigger I have in another rifle. In short: Lighter pull, almost zero take-up, crisp break and fast reset. No ignition problems with CCI primers.
Will be adding these to all my lowers.

I put these on a Bravo Company Manufacturing PNT trigger group in an AR pistol lower. I was worried about light strikes but after 500+ rounds without any failure, I will add these to my other lowers. It is a HUGE improvement over a mil spec setup.
Great Product!

Great product, I am very pleased with its performance. Im running a standard mil spec FCG, however I spent a couple hours polishing all contact points to a mirror finish. That combined with this spring kit equals an amazingly smooth trigger pull with a nice crisp break point. I have run 4 brands of ammunition through the rifle with no issues including Federal, Winchester, American Eagle and Tul. When properly done, a good polishing of the trigger grouping and this spring set will rival almost any single stage drop in trigger groupings in my honest opinion and for far less money.
I believe this to be a great product. There are variables involved that could effect your personal experience, quality of your FCG and BCG to name a couple. If you use no name low cost parts, its possible to run into issues. If you have decent quality parts then you will most likely love this cheap upgrade.
Primer strikes are too light.

Used these for 100 rounds of Armscor 223 Rem flawelessly, but when I started to use American Eagle 223 rem and Federal 5.56 NATO I had light primer strikes in 2 different rifles. Switched back to a mil-spec hammer spring and had no issues.
