Designed to be the most convenient firearm for.40 caliber rifle carbines available on the market today, but there are so many reasons the Kel-Tec Sub 2000 dominates all the other players in this space.

One of the many reasons the Kel-Tec Sub 2000 is so popular is the fact it’s lightweight, compact and easy to transport. The entire assembly when folded is only 16” x 7” and can be easily strapped into existing MOLLE gear with little effort. Weighing in at 4.6 lbs. the Sub-2000 takes up extraordinarily little space in your gear and won’t weigh you down on an extended trek in country.

The overall length with butt stock fully extended is a mere 29.5” and sighting in on a target is intuitive with the flip-up open rear sight and twin claw iron sights at the muzzle. But not to worry. If traditional iron sights just aren’t your thing, the Sub-2000 has an M-LOC top rail which can accommodate most commercial AR-15 optics.
