Details

The KNS Precision .250 diameter take-down pin has a spring loaded push button. When pushed, the stainless steel keeper pins retract for easy pin removal. The pin is designed to eliminate wear in and around the hole caused by pins with spring loaded balls. The steel has a black oxide finish. The button also has a drilled cross hole which allows for the installation of a seal wire to prevent tampering with the guns internals. This Enhanced version now has an end cap to ease in pin removal and installation. It also prevents any debris from entering the internal parts of the pin.

Perfect for polymer lower

The milled hole for the takedown spring and pin has a very thin wall in polymer lowers which overtime makes removing and installing the takedown pin cumbersome. Purchased these to eliminate the spring and pin entirely and couldn't be happier. They fit snug and with the simple push of the release button with your index finger and push from the other side with your thumb, the pin is out quicker than a traditional takedown.

Highly recommend these for use in polymer lowers. I have three TN Arms lowers and am very pleased with form and function.

Perfect for rear takedown pin. Item # PBTD250-EN IS FOR the back end stock end. PBPIVOT250-en is for the front barrel end.

A must for polymer lowers, very high quality, plus you don't have to deal with installing the front detent, fit is very good as well as finish, not hard to put in or take out but not quite as easy as already installed mil spec takedown pins. Only downsides are price and that they aren't retained so be sure not to lose them.
