As advertised!

I bought this for my Sig 716 .308 AR10. Noticeably less recoil and mussel rise was very light compared to stock buffer. Well worth the price IMHO. 2 other shooters in my office bought this product as well and they really like the product. This is a must for any AR10.

Placed on S&W M&P 10. Recoil seemed reduced, easy to install. Will not keep bolt back after magazine empties. All other functions seem normal.

KYNSHOT RECOIL DAMPNER

by

Not trying to flame anyone here, but the statement that “the KYNSHOT Recoil DAMPNER won’t hold BCG back on an empty magazine” is misleading at minimum, the “BOLT CATCH”, not bcg, KYNSHOT RECOIL DAMPNER, or standard buffer W/Recoil Spring ARE NOT supposed to hold the bolt back! That is the job of the BOLT CATCH / or BOLT RELEASE same part but called different names. When a bcg starts forward on an empty magazine, the magazine follower push’s up on the magazine catch/bolt release, and that is how the empty magazine locks the bcg to the rear. Btw of those NOT locking back on empty magazine it’s either a weak magazine spring or an AR-15 size bcg release lever installed on a .308 size lower receiver. It may work fine on several rifles but if it’s not meeting design specs it should fail pretty much every time. Lastly, if your gun is misfeeding on rounds 2,3, or 4, that’s usually indicative of a weak magazine spring.
