Wish I bought two when they were on sale.

How about it? Short stopper.

I put the Law Tactical Folder on my 6.5 Grendel, and it preforms great. I wanted a small form factor without going to a SBR. Something that I could cary around in a small package while not letting prying eyes of those around me, know I'm in possession of an AR. The carbine fits nicely into my pack. I was quite concerned at first with the additional weight and extra length it added to the rifle. But after a year of living with the folder, this fits the bill nicely. Deploys quickly from the folded position, and folds just as fast, push the button and done.
I'm thinking of buying another soon.

Great option to shorten weapon for storage and travel

Easy installation, seems robust and well made. Dropped it on a 300 BLK 10.5 pistol and like they say, folded it fits right in a standard size day pack even with a brace.

Great for breaking down a longer AR Pistol for backpack concealability.

I built an AR Pistol with this adapter, but I also purchased the JP Silent Spring for my buffer. The plunger that comes with the LT folder won't work if you have that buffer system. Now, all my parts play nice together in the back of the gun.

Solid adapter

Put this on a New Frontier 9mm build with a Hex tube and tail hook. Locks up very tight. Wish it locked in the folded position, but not a deal breaker. If you’re using this with a solid 9mm bolt, I had to cut about 1/2in off the steal weight that’s Pinned inside the carrier so the adapter can go inside it. Non issue with a 556 carrier. The adapter is made from quality materials, not Lightweight alloy. Solid piece

Exactly what I expected! Simply Outstanding!

Installation tip

by -

Before I get to the tip, just know the instructions are straight forward, but there's always room for error. Once you have the adapter installed, you're instructed to install the buffer retaining pin. If yours doesn't fit because the pin appears larger than the adapter hole, Law Tactical will tell you (based on this gen) to remove the retaining pin Allen screw and push the retaining pin upwards with something that fits the pin like an Allen wrench. It will push out the compressed threading that prevents the pin from being installed. Once it's pushed through, it will install with ease.

I haven't shot it yet, but I'm still getting used to the button to fold the stock.
