Mounting a scope correctly is one of the most important parts of a precision rifle setup. Installation on these is super simple: they mount directly to a section of  Picatinny rail on the rifle, with a set of thumbscrews. From there, there are four screws on each ring: take those off, put in the scope, and screw them back down. We do recommend using some thread locker to make sure that the screws do not walk out with recoil. With these hand rings, you can mount a scope to your rifle at home without the need for a gunsmith. This specific model fits directly onto Picatinny rail and is meant for use with 30mm diameter tubes.
