Leupold STD Ruger American 2-Piece Mount - Matte

The Ruger American is a popular series of affordable, accurate bolt action rifles that are growing in its usage with hunters and long-range shooters. Those rifles come with a section of Picatinny rail on the receiver that makes them great guns for easy optics mounting. This product is what you need to adapt those 1913 rail sections for the standard dovetail scope mounts common to Leupold optics. Installation of these couldn’t be simpler: there are included bolts that bolt directly into, or over, the Picatinny rail section, and once you have them locked into place, you can then mount your Leupold scope directly to your Ruger American. We recommend buying this once you know that the scope that you plan to use is compatible with the Leupold dovetail mounts. From there, you’ll install the mounts to the gun, and then the optic to the mounts. All of this can be done easily by most folks at home, so this is an effective and easy way to get a Leupold scope mounted to your Ruger American.
