Details

The LMT stripped .308 lower receiver is a great starting point for your next AR-308 build. The .308 modular weapon system lower receiver is forged from 7075-T6 aluminum and feature cutouts for the LMT ambidextrous magazine release. This .308 stripped lower receiver also features a heavy-duty hardcoat anodized finish for long lasting wear resistance. Because of the lack of standardization of AR-10 style components, Lewis Machine & Tool only guarantees that they are compatible with their upper receivers. However, it does feature Mil-Spec .154" trigger pins for compatibility with AR-15 triggers. It is recommended to use triggers with full power hammer springs to reliably ignite .308 primers. The .308 lower receiver is designed to be as ergonomic as possible and when paired with their complete upper receiver, you won't want to use other .308 AR style rifles.
