The Lewis Machine and Tool AR-15 bolt carrier is a full auto rated, M16 cut carrier designed for long term durability and reliability. The manganese phosphate carrier is machined out of 8620 Carpenter steel and has been magnetic particle inspect to ensure the dimensions are Mil-Spec or greater. The gas key has been properly staked to prevent the hardened screws from backing out over time and the heavier weight of the M16 profile helps to prevent bolt bounce during rapid fire. This LMT 5.56 bolt carrier  is the perfect addition to your next “bomb-proof” ar-15 build.
