Details
The Ambidextrous Sling Attachment Point allows a wide range of motion providing ambidextrous weapon manipulation. The ASAP replaces standard AR-15/M4 carbine stock receiver end plates.
The ASAP works best with hook style attachments like HK hooks, MASH hooks, or the Magpul Paraclip. Made from precision cast steel, the ASAP has been tested to withstand stress of over 300 lbs.
NOTE: The ASAP is not compatible with A1/A2 fixed stocks.

Makes strong to weak side transitions a snap. A little trickier to install than most, but still manageable by the average person.

Much less binding and bulk than a QD end plate when you're running a single point sling system and doing a lot of support side transitions. Strong and very durable/built bomb proof.Downsides:-that little locking block insert doesn't fit all buffer extensions that have a shallow groove milled into the threads, sometimes you have to do some hand fitting to get that sucker in.-it rattles a little when nothing is hooked up to it.I would've have taken just ½ a star off for these problems.
