Details
The Enhanced Rubber Buttpad - 0.70" is an optional replacement for Magpul MIL-SPEC CTR and MOE stocks, the original UBR, and all STR, ACS-L, and ACS stocks. Designed for enhanced shoulder purchase and slightly improved recoil reduction with a thicker, vented construction. Mounting hardware included.
NOTE: The Enhanced Rubber Buttpad may also be installed on commercial-spec MOE/CTR stocks, however, this may inhibit the use of the fully collapsed stock position.

Much better than the stock part!

My stock .30" pad did nothing for shoulder impact.... this one makes a noticeable difference on the old shoulder! This is a must have on your AR if you shoot a lot at one time.... after 100+ rounds you will appreciate every little bit of "extra comfort" that you can get! Add a sixth star for the guys at Primary Arms! They simply make the products they sell even better!
Need a bit longer stock

My stock felt just a bit short for me even in its longest setting so I tried this. Now it feels perfect. Its exactly as it sounds, just a thicker butt pad. Installed in less than 5 minutes and if you don't like it, you can switch back. For what it is, I think its a bit pricy but thats Magpul stuff for you.

Normally i would never consider to write up a review and especially for something like a piece of rubber. However, this is to praise primary arms fricken fast shipping. i ordered during class and got en email that it shipped before my class was over... insane!! i've been waiting for 5 days now for IWC to ship an IN-STOCK m300 mount. If only primary arms had those haha
Super Comfortable

Not much that I can say about this product except in my opinion, it feels much more comfortable than the stock butt stock pad, as well as the standard butt stock pad on the CTR.
A nice enhancement

Not to say that the typical AR rifle has a bad kick but for some more sensitive shooters or higher calibers (like my Beowulf) can enhance the desire for a little more padding. This product delivers extra padding along with a bit more length for those of us with longer arms who may feel cramped even with the stock fully extended.
