It's a little heavier than my CTR stock but I think it's worth it. The larger cheek wells are comfortable and the storage is great for batteries for my optics.

This stock is a great upgrade from the one that came on my M&P15 Sport. It doesn't wiggle AT ALL when the friction lock is engaged, it has the PERFECT shape on top for a very comfortable cheek weld, and the little storage compartments are nice without adding too much weight like the next model up in the Magpul line (they will fit springs, pins, firing pin, etc or small individual-use lube packets).As always, PA got the product to my door faster than any company I've ever dealt with. Sometimes I will get an order literally less than 48hr after ordering, and that's without paying for any expedited shipping. PA will continue to get my business whenever they have the item I'm looking for!

This stock is a cross breed between the CTR and ACS. The added cheek weld and friction lock is what sold me. Love it!

This is a solid stock except on the back, there are two rubber pieces that are coming off. They're aft of the cheek weld. I'll probably just rip them off or glue them on.

This blows away the CTR Magpul stock hands down. The mil spec version has zero give or play and locks down tight where needed. Buy one and you will never buy a different stock again.
