Manticore Arms is known for making high quality aftermarket parts for the CZ Scorpion platform and now they are adding a polymer magazine to their lineup. Designed by Manticore Arms for Prepper Gun Shop, the Scorpion Evo PGS hybrid magazine holds up to 32 rounds of 9mm ammunition. In addition to the polymer body, this 32 round magazine has heat treated, steel reinforced feed lips to ensure reliable function at all times. It features a smoke colored see-through tint as well as round count markings, so you can tell how much ammo is left in the mag. This Scorpion Evo magazine is 100 % made in the U.S.A. and counts as three parts for 922r compliance. If you are looking to stock up on some reliable magazines for your Scorpion, the Manticore Arms polymer magazine is the way to go.

  • 32 round capacity of 9mm
  • Durable polymer body with smoke tint
  • Round count markings molded into the polymer
  • Steel reinforced feed lips
  • Counts as three parts for 922r compliance
  • 100% made in the U.S.A.

Manticore Arms got started in 2010 with a newly designed charging handle for the Steyr AUG and MSAR series of rifles. They have since expanded into designing high quality components for AK pattern rifles to bring the design into the 21st century. They only use the best materials and processes to build products that favor function over form, so you can always rely on them.

Looks nice with metal feed lips, but difficult to load

by -

I purchased these because they look good and they have metal feed lips like Lancer AR magazines, which I had good experiences with. These are extremely difficult to load, and what makes it even more difficult are the sharp metal feed lips. You can definitely cut your fingers loading this magazine. I would not recommend these magazines unless you have a magazine loader like a Maglula Uplula magazine loader. These magazines also need an extra slap or firm insertion into the CZ Scorpion, otherwise the magazine does not seat as easily as standard CZ magazines.
