Details

With the same excellent performance as the original NightBrake, the new 14x1L threaded version features a single detent notch to time properly and wrench flats for those stubborn barrels. An included high temperature silicone washer eliminates rattle and keeps the device perfectly aligned when mounted. The NightBrake is specifically designed to provide recoil reduction and virtually eliminate muzzle rise. A total of eighteen ports distributed around the upper 270 degrees of the device help stabilize and reduce exiting gas pressure. There are no ports facing directly upwards to allow for an uninterrupted sight picture when firing, and the lower 90 degree arc has no ports to prevent a dust signature when fired.

I always buy from primary arms if they have what I need as they're usually the best priced. Manticore brake works as advertised without adding too much length

SURE DOES ADD TO YOUR AK'S "COOL FACTOR"

Never been bothered much by recoil from an AK and I don't feel that this brake performs any better than the old slant brake BUT since it costs just slightly more than the slant brake but looks ten jillion times cooler this awesome looking brake is worth EVERY PENNY

Great brake. Silicon piece really keeps it snug. Surprised how great it is for the price. They could raise the price by $30 and I’d still buy it

Its a cool looking muzzle device and it is a decent flash hider BUT they managed to figure out how to increase felt recoil with the brake installed with this one. It was actually worse than running naked threads. So, if you are building a safe queen, get it...if not, I would avoid it.
