Goes on the rail that comes with your AK

This goes on a rail that's on the side of your AK 47 already. I've shot over 100 rounds with it installed and it doesn't come loose or anything. Great buy.
As advertised, instructions could be more clear.

Had to look online to find out about release button. Had me trying insane methods of opening the release before digging into troubleshooting. Once you figure it out it seems like a good product. Still doesn’t quite look on center

The MI side rail mount fits perfectly on my new Palmetto State Armory AK. It was easy to adjust for required tightness and has endured several hundred fired rounds with no re-tightening or adjustments needed. Also easy to remove for rifle cleaning. One can get cheaper mounts than MI’s, but not as good.

i was very pleased with this product and have fast it was sent to me. this product was right on point for my psa ak-103 just two turns and it was done.
Does not fit all Ak the same

First it’s a decent product. It’s just not compatible with my ak due to its bore alignment. The mount pushes the optic slight to the right of center which will definitely affect accuracy especially at distance. The gen2 mount appears to remedy this issue. Everything else as far as quality and fitment to mount is great.

For anyone who has questions, this mount fits perfectly on a Century C39v2. It clears the dust cover by about 1/4 inch which is perfect.
Best railed scope mount ?

I got two of these and plan on getting more.. I think this is the best AK mount there is. Light weight and as solid as it gets for the cost.. Easy to adjust and put on. The lock is very easy to take off and put back on. Grade A product.

The Gen 1 Midwest scope mount works perfectly with my Arsenal SAM7SF, a PSAK-47 GB2 and a DDI AK47.......easy to obtain and ALWAYS maintains zero on both milled and stamped AK's that I have anyway.
