The Rail Mounted Flip Up Front Sight features a standard A2 front sight post with an HK-style protective hood. Designed to mount on gas blocks or handguards of the same height as the upper receiver, the sight is constructed of high quality 6061 aluminum, hardcoat anodized for a lifetime of service. The rail mounted model folds from the rear and locks in the raised position using a ball bearing pivot detent.
