The Mossberg 940 Pro Tactical is an optic ready semi-automatic shotgun, that comes from the factory ready for self-protection. It features a 18.5-inch steel barrel with fiber optic front sight. This 12-guage, 8-shot firearm can be easily manipulated. It features an ergonomic stock that is user-adjustable for LOP (1.25” range) and adjustable for drop at comb and cast using incremental stock shims. The 940 Pro gas system allows faster more reliable cycling at much greater cleaning intervals— up to 1500 rounds. The Mossberg 940 Pro receiver is hardcoat anodized for superior durability and is cut to accept Shield RMSc footprint red dot sights. It boasts an oversized and contoured charging handle and bolt release button to provide quick manipulation. The barrel clamp has a M-LOK mounting slots, perfect for weapon lights, while the front fiber optic sight gets you on target faster regardless of the lighting condition. An enlarged and beveled loading port is specifically configured for quad-loading and features an anodized bright orange follower with an elongated, pinch-free elevator. Mossberg designed the 940 in conjunction with World Champion shooter Jerry Miculek to create a feature-rich, fast-cycling, and ultra-competitive semi-auto shotgun.
