The NcSTAR First Responders Utility Bag is excellent for first responders, hiking, PT, and includes a concealed Carry Pocket.  This single padded strap messenger type bag can be worn on the shoulder, across the chest, or back.  It consists of 7 different compartments to house various emergency or first aid gear as well as bottled water, Nalgene bottles, protein bars, flashlights, Eye protection, CAT tourniquets, 550 cord or other gear.    The pockets are surprisingly large and are either secured with heavy duty zippers, straps, and a drawstring.  The exterior utilizes hook and loop patches to accommodate accessories or identification badges.  PAL webbing on the front, sides, and bottom of the pack ensures versatility and customization can be done easily.  Side pockets can house one rifle and two pistol mag pouches for easy access.
