The New Frontier Armory C-9 Slick Side Upper Receiver is unique in the pistol caliber AR-15 market. Machined from solid billet 7075-T6 aluminum with a durable MIL-SPEC hardcoat anodized finish, this upper is fully compatible with all standard AR-15 or AR-9 components, as well as most aftermarket parts. What really sets it apart, however, is the integrated Last Round Bolt Hold Open (LRBHO) technology that allows for reliable bolt lock back when combined with a Glock magazine compatible lower.
