Odin Works R2 Free Float AR-15 Handguard - M-LOK - Black - 15.5"

If you are looking to build a lightweight AR-15, this handguard is the one for you. The Odin Works R2 forend has unique lightening cuts down the full length of the handguard to reduce as much weight as possible. It was designed to be one of the fastest and easiest rails to install with a single piece barrel nut that does not require shims or clocking. Just slide the 15.5” AR-15 handguard over the black nitride barrel nut and tighten it down with the three included screws. This model also features M-LOK attachment points at the front end for mounting lights and tactical accessories. In addition to M-LOK, it has multiple quick detach sling mounting options on the sides and bottom. Made from 6061-T6 aluminum, this free float handguard is a strong and lightweight option for your AR-15.

The Odin Works R2 AR-15 handguard also has a full length picatinny rail that will sit flush with a flat top upper receiver, so you can mount red dot sights, scopes, or iron sights. The forend is type 2 hard coat anodized to increase wear and corrosion resistance. The inside diameter is 1.35” to accommodate most AR-15 gas blocks and all Odin .750” gas blocks. This extremely long rail is a great addition to your 18” .223 3-gun competition rifle that allows you to extend your arm fully and create an extremely stable shooting position when firing off hand. The free float design also helps with accuracy as it does not impart pressure on the barrel like Mil-Spec two-piece handguard designs.
