Evaluate needs before buying

by

I bought two of these for my ARs straight from Odinworks (same price). They work as they are supposed to and it's easy to release the mag. The problem is they extend towards you from the mag release button. Depending on how you hold your AR, that is exactly where you want to put your index finger when it's not on the trigger. Just something to consider.

Not quite what I had hoped.

Installed the XMR on my Sig 556 pistol and found it to be Ok but in some ways I wish the angle had been a bit different so the extended button did not come down and push on the lower when you drop your mag. But it did make the mags easier to drop on my 'coupled" 40 round P Mags when the mags somewhat blocked the original release button.

Great asset

Making this part of my training utilizing this along with a b.a.d. lever has made my mag changes extremely fast.best performance add on especially for the price.I use both the xmr and xmr2 both work equally great so it's just a matter of your preference on looks.def recommend getting these fit every ar along with the magpul b.a.d. lever.you'll see a considerable difference in your mag change speed.

Works perfectly

Fits well on my s&w m&p sbr. Easy to install. Makes it easier to drop your magazine's. I love it especially with small hands no more reaching for the release button it's right in place. Highly recommended. Primary 5 we great again super fast shipping.....Thanks PA

Wiggle

by -

I installed this on my Anderson lower. Works as intended and at a great price. My only concern is the slight wiggle it has while installed. Seems as though the button is a bit slim for the hole in the lower. The small grip area is nice. Still works so I'll keep it on.

Odin Works XMR

I love these XMRs. I have one on every AR rifle I own.

Some reviews have stated that it sits right where your finger rests when not on the trigger and those people are right. However, I have never dropped a mag by accident because of it. The XMR is comfortable where it sits and in my opinion works better and feels better than Odin Works’ XMR 2 and the XMR 3.
