The Okay Industries SureFeed E2 magazines offer many advantages over the standard aluminum AR-15 magazines. The E2 magazine features textured side panels for a positive secure grip during magazine changes. It also has an enhanced feed lip design that reduces friction and improves bullet alignment for reliable feeding. With over 40 years of battle tested use, these aluminum magazines are preferred by soldiers in various areas of the U.S. Military. Featuring a four-way, anti-tilt, self-lubricating follower, you can rely on this 5.56 magazine to feed correctly without any issue no matter the condition. The stainless-steel spring provides proper tension and keeps rounds properly aligned for optimal function. These USGI magazines are all hardcoat anodized and this model features a grey dry lube finish. Every SureFeed magazine is put through a multi-step inspection and testing process to ensure they live up to the performance standards that people have come to know with Okay Industries.

While polymer magazines do have their benefits and space age aesthetic, aluminum mags are not to be forgotten about. One of the benefits that aluminum has over polymer is that it does not swell or shatter in extremely high or low temperatures. The aluminum feed lips are also strong enough to withstand the pressure of a fully loaded magazine over long periods of time without bending or breaking.

The history of Okay Industries goes back to WWII where they helped manufacture millions of M1 Carbine magazines for the United States Military. Fast forward and they helped co-develop the 30-round M16 magazine and has been a preferred supplier of magazines to the U.S. government ever since. Now Okay Industries are making their widely popular AR-15 magazines available to the public with the SureFeed and SureFeed E2 designs.

Nice to have nice magazines, get that warm fuzzy.

I got memories from the 80's when getting your meat hooks on top shelf GI mil spec OK Industries mags was like scoring a Rolex. Very hard to find NIB. Still use those mags in my combat load-out. Compared them with these upgraded mags and definitely better magazines. Nothing wrong with the older versions I ever experienced. Lots of little technology/materials improvements like spring alloy, anti-tlt follower, spot welds and coating. Great mag for 12 bucks, can't beat that, get a lot for the money.
<br>I'm a metal mag kind of guy. These make me happy, and confident my magazines are combat reliable. That last thing is crucial.
<br>Usual blistering fast shipping and decent prices from Primary Arms, these dudes don't mess around.

GI mags

Best GI mags out there.
<br>Always up to the task.

I , like many of us, have bought numerous different types of magazines from the polymer magpul, hex, troy, amend2 to lots of different USGI Duramag, ASC, Colt, D&H, Elander, SHK.....these surefeed E2 are the best Ive had. They have a dry lube coating, slick anti tilt, perfect welds, quality springs, good texturing and they cost less than other mags. I have had zero feed issue or any other kind of issue.
<br>Even Saint Chris Bartocci loves them, so what else is there to say besides "come on man, just two blasts off the balcony because cornpop was a bad dude...."

My top pick for metal AR mags

My new favorite for metal mags - textured dimples along the side along with a slim feel makes handling these so comfortable. You get a definite grip. Most importantly, perfect function thus far.

Looked used and scratched up.

Mag is ok and functions well, but when I got it it was already scratched up and has a tiny ding on it. It doesn’t look really new. It look it was already used and returned.
<br>We are happy that we were able to take care of you on this issue per our conversation.

Good Magazine

The company that makes these mags (Okay Industries) is also the manufacture who provides them to the US military. These are dependable and weight about an ounce less than my beloved PMAG. These however are the upgrades of the original surefeed mag. This magazine has texture all around the mag to help with retainability, and also features enhanced feed lips. 10/10 would recommend.

Okay mags are great and much preferred over plastic ones.

Don’t like the blue followers as my Grendel mags have blue followers and that’s how I kept them from getting mixed up. Like Okay mags and never an issue with them.

Best standard capacity mags ever

These have become my favorite of all mags. Light weight, durable, dependable. Never a performance issue, never any feeding issues. High quality and craftsmanship. I’m not very nice to them, yet they remain loyal. If they need rebuilding, it’s so easy to do. Just saying.
