The Primary Arms GLx 2X Prism Scope combines premium glass quality and the popular ACSS reticles in a ruggedized, compact form. This fixed power optic provides just enough magnification to enhance target identification, yet allows for seamless both-eyes-open, red dot style shooting at close-range targets. The compact body is just 5.3” long and weighs in at just 11.0 Oz with 3.5 inches of eye relief and a large 12mm exit pupil. This GLx 2x prism scope is more than just premium glass in a rugged body. This optic comes equipped with the next-generation ruggedized mounts. Despite being low weight, these mounts offer exceptional clamping power with hardened steel hardware, ensuring they will not move when properly torqued. The GLx 2X prism scope can also be mounted directly to popular mini ACOG-style mounts, either flush with the integrated belly mount or utilizing the included risers.
This GLx 2X Prism Scope features the patented ACSS® CQB-M5 7.62x39mm/300 Blackout reticle, combining bullet drop compensation, automatic ranging, and, moving target leads, and a fast acquisition horseshoe in one quick and intuitive package! For close range targets, the large outer horseshoe quickly grabs the eye and encourages quick target acquisition, while the center chevron allows for impressive precision at distance. The integrated BDC system offers holdovers for targets out to 500 yards and has been tuned for 7.62x39mm as well as super sonic and subsonic 300 Blackout loads. This BDC includes auto-ranging stadia, so users can determine target distance and engage with peerless accuracy!

Excellent Quality Optic!

Excellent quality optic. Glass is bright and clear with great contrast. Reticle is crisp (even with my astigmatism). Illumination allows the reticle to be dialed in without any bloom in dark environments. The high illumination settings make it easily visible in bright daylight. Eye box is forgiving. Adjustment dials are firm with distinguished clicks. The product packaging is excellent and includes all accessories needed for multiple mounting options. Mounting hardware is grade 8.8. Helicoil-type-inserts are used to reinforce the aluminum. It’s evident that a significant amount of thought was put into the development of this product and the execution of the final product is fantastic.
It’s clear that Primary Arms carefully chose which factory would produce this product and that they required a high degree of quality control. Well done!
Poor man's ACOG.

I own ACOGs, including the *perfected* ACOG: the TA44 with the ACSS reticle. I WISH I could've gotten that scope in a "low" version for my AK, subtended for 7.62x39. Sadly, it doesn't exist and the only ACOG made by Trijicon that is "low" and has a 7.62x39 reticle has too much magnification for my taste (3x) and has a pretty dismal field of view (25.6ft at 100 yards).
This PA is just about perfect. I mounted it to my AK-P's picatinny rail and it's exactly what the gun needed.
I've had it on my gun for 2 months and it's been beaten around the back of the car, bumped and dropped at the range, beat around the house, and has about 750 rounds under it and it's doing just fine. Really nice glass for the price range, too!
I've also had the same battery in it since I got it and it's been turned on to "5" since I took it out of the box. I'd recommend it to anyone.
Rugged, clear and we'll thought out

Received my optic and it is even better than expected. The glass is very very clear. The field of view is gigantic. It feels very ruggedly built...and the details are right. Fit and finish are one thing but the function seems to be just right. Big eye box...very forgiving. Again, can't stress how clear the glass is...it's amazing. The reticle is very well thought through and brightness seems to get bright enough..but the reticle is etched so there will be plenty of contrast in bright sunlight between the brightness and etching. Very satisfied and highly recommend

I was going 100-300 jumping around and nailing everything. Jumped out to 400 and hit 4 in a row. Then missed 10 and quit...lol. Love this !!!

I was originally going to get the TA44 ACOG for my 7.62X39 AK, but after watching several reviews I got this. I’m glad I did. The glass on this is outstanding and looks better than my ACOG TA50. The eye box is huge and the reticle is just right in size. Just got back from the range with it. I was skeptical about 2X for CQB/shooting on the move. Shocked about how fast and intuitive it is. I felt just as fast with this as with the eotech on my duty rifle and the 1-4X Accupoint on my personal AR. After CQB drills I took a steel target out to 300 yards to test the reticle BDC. Dead on first shot hit. By the way Garand Thumb must have had a bad battery in the one he reviewed because this reticle is definitely daylight bright. Not that you really need it with this bold reticle. Wow!

This optic is amazing! Installed on my .300 Blackout 10.3" Daniel Defense and within 2-3 shots, I was hitting bullseye and ringing steel! Zeroed at 50 yards and the zero was dead on at 150 yards thanks to the built-in BDC. I owned several Red Dots (Holsun, EOTech, Sig, Feyachi and Primary Arms) but this thing has now become my favorite AR optic in my collection. The reticle is crazy clear and the "Horseshoe of Death" makes shooting with both eyes open a breeze...even with my astigmatism. Just order another one for my .308. Demitri is a genius! Thanks PA!
Astigmatism Free! ACSS is the Best!

This optic is amazing in every way. The ACSS reticle even better then I hoped. Adjustmets are great. The glass is clear, illumination is great, reticle is as crisp as you could hope for. AND it's crystal clear to my eye even though I have astigmatism so bad even Eotech look like a miserable blur to me. I'd take this 2x prism with the ACSS over any of the $750+ offerings on the market any day. In fact, I bought a 1-6x Primary Arms LPVO because I loved this prism optic so much and that is awesome too.
Perhaps the best AK optic

Was finally able to grab one when it was in stock and am loving it now. Awesome features, excellent eye relief, crystal clear reticle, and the 2x magnification is perfect for target shooting at 100 yards while also being pretty usable for CQC. Removing the riser allows for a perfectly low mounting option for the AK. No complaints!
Good sight

I own three of these. The only negative I have is with the internal square housing being visible if you tilt your vision to the right. I only noticed when mounted to a rifle without cheek riser. But anyway damn good sight at a damn good price.
