The humble microdot is a hard-to-beat package when you want speed without adding a lot of weight to your firearm. The venerable 30mm red dot is a great option for shooters who prefer to have speed AND a wide field of view through their optic. The SLx MD-25 is here to offer the perfect balance between the two with a compact design that weighs barely 2 ounces more than a standard microdot, yet offers the same field of view as a 30mm red dot! The SLx 25mm Red Dot been equipped with the next generation ruggedized mounting system. We’ve upgraded everything about the mount from materials and finish to the design to create a mount that will not just clamp securely to your rail, but stand up the rigors of real-world use. Integrated recoil lugs help lock your mount in place against the heaviest recoil while large diameter crossbolts give you significantly improved clamping power and will hold up to significant torque. The included riser is the perfect height for AR-15s and AR-10s, but can be easily removed to for installation on AKs, shotguns, and more.
The SLx 25mm red dot includes the low base, a standard riser, and two different height spacers, as well as appropriate mounting hardware. With just the low base, a central height of 0.96” can be achieved. Add the standard riser for 1.41”. With the riser and thin spacer, your central height will be 1.54”. Using the thick spacer will place the optic at 1.64” height. With these options you can easily configure your optic to perfectly match your firearm and shooting style.

Been looking for a steady and durable RDS so I gave this a try and thought to myself, WHY? Why just now!? After spending money on others, even on those higher priced branded RDS'... I came to the conclusion that PA lies! This is not a budget RDS. No it's not. This is a great quality RDS at a budget price! That's what this is! The clarity is awesome, the knobs are solid and the dot is consistent. Just waiting to buy some more to replace the other RDS' that I have which are, I'm sorry to say... now junk compared to this one. I highly recommended this RDS. Thank you, Primary Arms!

This Red Dot arrived at my door within two days after placing the order through Primary Arms with their free shipping. Not only that, I took advantage of their best deal yet on this Red Dot. This optic is comparable to the other upscale optics on the market. The 2 moa reticle is bright and crisp. Has 11 brightness settings plus 2 night vision. It comes with different height spacers as well as a low mount and 50,000 hours battery life. The build quality of this optic is phenomenal as I already have their ACSS version as well. The MD25 is one of the best red dot out there in my opinion. And as mentioned, I couldn’t pass up on this deal that PA is offering. Thank you PA for the very fast shipping. Semperfi

Very robust. Came with lots of extras like different height mounts and tools. Very robust. Put it on a mossberg 590 and ran about 50 nuclear slugs through it (1600 fps) and it held zero and didn’t loosen up. I bought 2 of these.

I originally bought one and found this so amazing that I bought two others but with ACSS-CQB Red Dot Reticle, and they are just PERFECT! To start with, I love the large field of view offered by the 30mm tube, it is so much better than a 20mm micro red dot to acquire targets, the glass is very clear and the battery life is supposed to be 25,000 hours. The package comes with two different shims so that you can have your sight at three different heights! And the legendary ACSS reticle is just amazing when paired with a 3x or 5x magnifier. I totally recommend it.
Nice optic but no lens covers?

put this on a 7.5" AR and it hit balloons with no adjustment off the back of a pitching boat. Will bench adjust later. Red dot was bright and clear in a sunny environment. Was surprised however that the optic came with no lens covers. If this is really a $190 optic ($100 on sale), then it should come with protective covers or at the very least offer them for sale. Now I have to search for something that will fit.
