The Primary Arms 1-6x24 second focal plane scope (Gen III) features the exclusive, patented Advanced Combined Sighting System reticle. Bullet drop compensation, wind holds, moving target leads and range estimation are seamlessly integrated into an easy to use, instinctive sighting system that is very fast from 0-300 yards and very accurate from 300-800 yards. The second focal plane design keeps the reticle the same size at all magnifications for quick acquisition at low power and advanced reticle functionality at 6x maximum power. This Scope is protected by the Primary Arms Lifetime Warranty. If a defect due to materials or workmanship, or even normal wear and tear, has caused your product to malfunction, Primary Arms will either repair or replace your product.

The flagship Gen II 1-6x24 is a tough act to follow, so Primary Arms worked hard to make incremental but real improvements. The Gen III is 18mm shorter (10.04in long), weighs 1.88 ounces less (16.9 oz. total), and has an additional 10 MOA of internal adjustment compared to the older model. The ACSS® reticle has also been improved, now featuring a chevron center aiming point rather than a dot.
Partial red reticle illumination is provided by a single (included) CR2032 battery, and a spare battery is included inside the windage turret cap. A total of 11 settings take the reticle all the way up to daylight bright. All lenses are fully multicoated for maximum light transmission and the 6063 aluminum body is Type II hard anodized in matte black.

Used in Training
by Paxton -
I used this during a training event and was absolutely thrilled with it. It helped me with shots up to 600 yards with 5.56. That’s as far as the training had. But with closer shooting, it worked equally well. Rapid acquisition at 5 to 25 yards at 1x was amazing. I would call this the perfect all around scope. If I wanted to shoot long distance, I would choose something else. If I wanted to work on room clearing, I would choose something else. But if I wanted to do it all and do it well, this is absolutely it. It’s definitely clear enough for further than 600 yards. It’s bright enough for day and light colored targets and can dim enough for low light situations. I’m absolutely thrilled with this optic. For the price, cannot be beat. I compared side by side with several other brands and this reticle puts it over the top. Only thing I’ll do different next time is choose the GLX or PLX version just to see how much of a difference it makes.
Perfect LVPO

The glass is stellar for the price of this scope and I really like the reticle. It gets very bright. Put it this way, this scope will exceed your expectations.
Good but could be better

I like the scope. It is everything PA advertised. My issue is the ACSS reticle is so small. Pics of it are enlarged which is misleading somewhat.
Good scope

Well built and clear glass. My only complaint is that the numbers on the reticle itself are small and hard to make out.
Got it zeroed at 100yds and it is very accurate!
The ACSS is so good I bought another...

This is my second ACSS 1-6X 300Blk scope. There's nothing wrong with my first gen1 (or 2). It's permanently mounted on my Ruger American Ranch 300BLK. It's great, I love it, blah blah blah.
I had to get another one of these great scopes because I got into 300 HAM'R. The ballistics seems to match up with this caliber even better than 300 Blackout.
I have this awesome LVPO in an American Defense QD Recon mount. It's secure.
Zeroed at 50yd using 125gr Speet TNT bullets using CFE BLK powder, fired through a 16 inch WC barrel, lines up perfectly with the ACSS reticle.
What more can I say.
Great glass for the money
by Dave -
Surprised at the clarity at 6 power. No aberration around the edges. The illumination is fully adjustable w/ off when not needed. Even supplied with extra battery tucked away under the windage
cover. An excellent value for the money! Great service and quick shipping make this a no-brainer purchase….

Great scope.

This scope is awesome. I love the reticle and how easy it is to find your holds. I will buy another one with more magnification for my .308.

Outstanding Optic
by Steve -
I watched reviews and studied optics for my 16" .223 for some time before buying this scope. I am not disappointed. It works for everything from close up shooting to longer distance shots. Bright, wide display with a great target chevron not t mention range and windage info. At 1x it is quite forgiving as far as the eye box goes and is manageable at 6x. A red dot has unlimited eye relief but becomes pretty useless a longer distances and the magnifier route just did not appeal to me. Why buy a fixed power Prism when you can but one of these. Happy camper!
