The Primary Arms 1-6x24 second focal plane scope (Gen III) features the exclusive, patented Advanced Combined Sighting System reticle. Bullet drop compensation, wind holds, moving target leads and range estimation are seamlessly integrated into an easy to use, instinctive sighting system that is very fast from 0-300 yards and very accurate from 300-800 yards. The second focal plane design keeps the reticle the same size at all magnifications for quick acquisition at low power and advanced reticle functionality at 6x maximum power. This Scope is protected by the Primary Arms Lifetime Warranty. If a defect due to materials or workmanship, or even normal wear and tear, has caused your product to malfunction, Primary Arms will either repair or replace your product.

The flagship Gen II 1-6x24 is a tough act to follow, so Primary Arms worked hard to make incremental but real improvements. The Gen III is 18mm shorter (10.04in long), weighs 1.88 ounces less (16.9 oz. total), and has an additional 10 MOA of internal adjustment compared to the older model. The ACSS® reticle has also been improved, now featuring a chevron center aiming point rather than a dot.
Partial red reticle illumination is provided by a single (included) CR2032 battery, and a spare battery is included inside the windage turret cap. A total of 11 settings take the reticle all the way up to daylight bright. All lenses are fully multicoated for maximum light transmission and the 6063 aluminum body is Type II hard anodized in matte black.

Great scope

The glass is very clear ,and being able to adjust the front diopter was a big plus,at 1x can be used as a red dot ,fantastic retical,was easy to learn and use,I would have paid more if it was available in both red and green.would highly recommend this scope especially for the price point.
Best Bang for Buck LPVO

I use this on a 556 build it works great. The glass is very clear and all magnification levels work very well. After sighting it in at 100 yards, the rifle was dropped onto the scope from hip height and and the zero still held true. The ranging works great and I was easily able to hit a gong at 300 yards when out practicing. Definitely going to go with another PA scope for my AR10!

This is a really nice optic and very reasonably priced. Plus you get the acss reticle and I got a discounted scope mount for my purchase so it was a win-win all around. I definitely recommend this scope it's really good and you don't have to pay much money for it.
An amazing sub $500 sight

This is my first 1-6x as I’ve otherwise used RDS on my full size 223 rifle. So far not only has it held zero particularly well the glass clarity and eye relief at practically all powers is forgiving and easy to find. I’m no pro and barely qualify as an amateur but I do run drills that include throwing the rifle around, prone to standing, mounted shots and transitions from rifle to pistol. So far I’m impressed and would suggest as a good starting point/ budget sight.

So I purchased this scope based on reviews that were stating it was just a tad better than the Vortex equivalent. So far the reviews appear to be on target...
Most all my other riflescopes are Vortex. This one does seem to have really clear glass, I love the reticle, but best of all is the windage and elevation adjustments are dead on the money.
When zeroing at the range my 1st shot was about 8 MOA right. I clicked in the offset and my second shot was dead on the vertical target line. I then clicked in the elevation offset and my 3rd shot was a bullseye dead center.
Clicks had a good tactile feel and solid and they were perfect.
The scope appears to be a solid performer on my AR-15.
Anticipation

I heard so much about Priamay Arms scopes, especially the ones with ACSS. I was happy when I received the package containing it. I opened it up and examined every inch of the scope. It was just what I wanted. Then I looked at the bottom and discovered that it was made in China. Such a disappointment, because I thought it was made in the U.S.A. Oh well, I hope that it holds up to my torture. Not really happy.
Bang for the buck

Excellent scope! Primary arms has the be the best value purchase which is why I will keep using their scopes. Of course you can get nicer, you can find ones just as good (vortex is right in line), but the value proposition is here. I’d pass on better scopes for the reticle alone though. Pretty sweet reticle and is my favorite.
