Very good scope, genius reticle.

This is a very nice scope. Magnification and focus rings have just the right amount of tension to be fast in adjustment but stable during use. Glass is extremely clear with slight distortion at the limit. 1x is not quite, and 6x has a more forgiving eyebox than (I think) any other scope close to this price.
The Griffin mil system reticle is genius. It should be the foundation of all of the ACSS reticles, as it allows interoperability with any caliber. It does require a tiny bit more thinking than the regular ACSS-BDC or Raptor reticles but makes up for it with versatility. Being able to instantly and precisely range estimate while keeping the chevron on target is outstanding. I do feel that the moving target leads are a little distracting, and I wish that they were finer points, a straight line like the KISS reticle, or paired with a fast-acquisition ring.
I would recommend this scope. For me, it redefines what a $300 scope should be capable of.
Not perfect, but dang good.

I've had this scope for a few weeks now and overall I'm quite pleased with it. The glass is exceptionally clear, the 1X setting is very close to true (I'd guess about 1.15 roughly) and it holds zero flawlessly on the .308 I have mounted to. This is a nice scope and well worth the price.
So why only four stars? I find (and this my be just me, YMMV) the eye relief at 6X magnification to be a bit unforgiving. It's great at 4X, which is where I've mostly settled into using it. So I'm using it essentially as a 1-4X optic with the capability to stretch to 6X in a pinch. Of course this means that being a second-plane optic, the well-designed reticle is of limited utility to me, hence the less than perfect rating.
In short, I have mixed but overall positive feelings about this one. If I had it to do over for the specific rifle I have this mounted on I probably would have gone with one of PA's other offerings. But within its limits, this has proven to be a clear and reliable piece of kit.
