Didnt fit in wasr 10

Some filing would probably make it work. Everyone knows all aks aren't made the same. Still magpul promag tapco all fit seamlessly

They work if.......

The only reason I give it 4 stars is due that some of them you might need some kind of modification. I have 2 stamped AKs same brand, same model and same yr build and the mag fits and works like a champ for one of them and don't fit at all on the other rifle.

Tight like a tiger

These mags have a bit of a hard time in my PSA GF4. After working them in and out of the receiver for about 10-15 minutes they seem to fit just fine. Bolt holds open on last round as advertised. These puppies are heavy, but they work.

Awesome mags

Mags fit nice and snug. They're pretty sturdy as well. Nice to have for back up mags.

Does not fit!

by -

Purchased 2 mags and when I received them I tried to load one into my Riley Defense RAK-47 and they would not fit. They wouldn't fully seat and the rear of the magazine would push up against the support rivet. I would not recommend buying these.

Doesn’t hold open, feeding issues

Tried in AKs from 3 different countries (WASR, VEPR, & PSA) The BHO doesn’t function with any of them. Solid feeling build, somehow weighs slightly more than a Romanian surplus mag. Lockup is good in all but doesn’t feed in russian ak. Overall would not recommend, instant trip to “box of shame”. Sample size of 1 so perhaps i just got a dud...

Still Needs Filing

Good magazines but, I had to file down the rear catch tab to make it lock into my PSA AK47. Once I did that, they functioned fine. No feeding issues. Bolt hold open feature also works.

Fits my ZPAP M70

Magazine has a nice snug fit in my Yugo. Easy enough to insert and remove though. I put a full load through it today and it feeds fine, and even if it jams, it's heavy enough to be a weapon of it's own. Overall it's a good magazine, despite it's Croatian origin.

5 Starts for build quality of Mag and PA awesome shipping times.

Buyer beware, I just received these today. They are great mags and built very well comes with nice oil coating on them for rust prevention in storage, but.....THEY WILL NOT FIT PALMETTO STATE ARMORY PSAAK47 GF5 the gen 5 version that I have will seat into mag well but the mag catch lug sits low on these mags and will not engage the mag catch on the rifle.
<br>other than that they seem to be built very good and strong mag spring.

Good value for the money, but be cautious

I bought 3 of these mags for my gen4 PSA AK47 and they have a fitment issue. To get these to work in this ak you need a dremel tool or grinder to shave the upper lip on the mag to clear the roll pin where the mag seats in. Take your time and take a little off at a time till it will fit the ak. Other than this small thing the mags work great and can't wait to take it to the range and shoot! Also if you have the gen5 it should work without doing the process above, my father didn't have to do this for them to work. Hope this review helps anybody that may have a similar issue! There's also a video on YouTube on how to do this as well
