The Radical Firearms Low Profile AR-15 Gas Block is a lightweight set screw design machined from high-quality steel with a Melonite finish. Built for .750" barrels, this low profile gas block is a good fit for a new build or for replacing a fixed front sight post to make way for a free float rail and a slimmer, cleaner overall profile.

Swapping a fixed front sight post for this low profile gas block is a common upgrade path for shooters moving to a free float handguard, since the low profile shape clears space that a front sight base would otherwise take up. Fit Well, No Roll Pin

Fit seemed fine. Didn't end up using this block on my build, threw it in a draw for later use or a spare. I too was disappointed that it did not come with a roll pin for the gas tube. As a first time buyer/builder I was kind of expecting it to come with one. Without a roll pin, and not getting some or one with the order this gas block becomes expensive if you need to reorder roll pins and pay shipping on a $0.50 item. Luckily I needed to purchase some other items later and added on a few gas block roll pins so I have them and didn't need to spend extra on solely shipping roll pins.
