Carrier is ok. The bolt is garbage. Do not buy.
Grendel Rules

I bought the bundle deal with the 20”6.5 Grendel Sprial fluted stainless which included this BCG. I didn’t have a Grendel specific magazine, so I loaded up a 7.62x39 30 rounder with 20 Rds of 6.5 Grendel. It fired 460 rounds without a malfunction. I did my build with a guntec upperreceiver and 15” handguard in FTE that I also got on a bundle deal. I installed an Odin muzzle brake, and this rifle is awesome. 6.5 Grendel is my best rd to shoot now. I need to say I have a fostech echo trigger and it ran perfect in binary function. Once again thanks Primary for your fast service and awesome deals!😀
Good BCG for the 6.5 Gren Type II

BCG seems to be well made, it fits well, no machine marks on any of the bearing surfaces, cam pin fits nice and tight without wobble which is a common problem on cheaper BCG's. Lugs are nice and square and well machined, Gas key is staked o.k. I would like to see the staking a little deeper but that is easy enough to take care of yourself. Nitriding is well done and has not flaked off and appears to be properly applied. Overall this is an excellent buy and works as it should, matches up well and headspaces with a 6.5gren BCA barrel and a ELD barrel, and for the price you really cant go wrong, I also compared this BCG against a more expensive brand 6.5 gren BCG and I really cant tell a quality difference except for the Radical has some machine marks on non bearing surfaces that dont even contact anything, if your Ok with that then this is a winner.
Works good

3 stars for the carrier (started flaking immediately), 3 stars for the bolt. First, would not eject and single round correctly, wouldn't cycle at all. After reading around on some forums I read about polishing(filing) down the extractor claw, but I also read about removing the rubber ring (gives some more wiggle room for the claw) from the extractor spring so I decided to do this first before making any major mods the the bolt. After removing the rubber ring it cycled pretty much flawlessly beside the last round. And yes I checked to make sure this was not a gas problem. All in all, works good now without that rubber ring on extractor spring. Will still probably go and buy extractor claw from Alexander arms(more fit for the 12.7x42) and replace just to make sure my gun is reliable. (3+3)/2=3 star average. Can't speak for Grendel set up.

purchased this BCG from Primary ,shipped fast about the average price (now) the radical bolt carrier looks fine ,Placed in gun and it cycled rounds fine I am very dissapointed that the info states mpi and hp tested NO where is this marked on the Bolt it does not even have the CALIBER on it I have bought 35 bolts for my guns of all calibers, and all have had at least the caliber on it. Will purchase from Primary again never from Radical it states lifetime (Whoses BCGs or there company)
