Designed with input from law enforcement professionals, the heart of the Remington Golden Saber Black Belt line is the Mechani-Lokt, an all-new, proprietary belt design keeping the core and jacket bonded together firmly.

All Golden Saber Black Belt ammunition has passed extensive FBI ballistic gel and barrier testing for maximum performance in all scenarios. Although the projectiles feature the same profile and cavity as the original Golden Saber bullets, the improved bonding system allows it to perform up to 20% better in FBI protocol testing with no impact on recoil.
