The patented turnbuckle system replaces the standard torque-and-set barrel nut installation method with a long barrel nut and turnbuckle tightening nut that tighten together to draw the handguard into a rigid, secure fit against the upper receiver — providing a stable installation that resists loosening under recoil and thermal cycling without specialized installation tools. M-LOK slots across the handguard body provide modular accessory mounting positions for lights, lasers, grips, and slings. 6061-T6 aluminum with flat dark earth anodize resists wear and corrosion through extended field and range use.
