The RS Regulate AK-300 modular rail system allows you to mount modern optics to your AK-47 and the AKML is made specifically for micro red dot sights with Aimpoint bases. This system allows you to fully customize how you want your AK-47 set up. All you need is a lower rail and then you can easily swap between uppers depending on the optic you want to use. The RS Regulate AKML upper mount allows you to mount Aimpoint T1 micro dots as well as other optics like the Primary Arms Advanced Micro Dot. This red dot mount allows you to place your optic directly over bore as well as move it front or rearward to ensure optimal positioning for eye relief. This optic mount is made from durable and light weight 6061-T aluminum and can be permanently staked to the lower with the included roll pin to prevent it from moving over time resulting in a loss of zero. Attaching modern optics to the classic AK-47 pattern of rifle has never been easier with the RS Regulate AKML upper red dot sight mount.

This 2nd generation AK47 red dot mount only weighs .88 ounces and easily attaches to the lower rail with the included screws. All you need is an AK-300 lower that is compatible with your AK-47 variant and you are ready to head to the range. This mount sits extremely low to your rifle, so you can get a proper cheek weld and even co-witness.

Great mount. Solid. Lightweight. Perfect optic placement & balance. The ability to adjust the mount left/right to get the optic completely centered/aligned with the bore sets this mount apart from all others. The locking throw lever holds rock solid and doesn't wiggle or even move at all. Also, the mount places the optic over the center of the receiver, not affecting the balance of the rifle at all. Last but not least, the mount places the optic pretty low over the receiver but you can still field strip the rifle without removing the mount and if you do happen to remove the mount, it returns to zero when you put it back on! I have a Primary Arms MicroDot mounted on it and I could not be more pleased with the combo. Thanks to RS Products for a superior mount and thanks to Primary Arms for carrying the best products, fast shipping and excellent customer service!

I just got my AKML mount and love it. I took my Aimpoint H-1 off the upper handguard and I definitely prefer the balance of it on the AKML mount over having it on the handguard. It installs easy and is rock solid. The only thing is that I can't actually remove the dust cover with it centered over the receiver. Luckily, it can be quickly removed and maintains zero when put back on.

you won't get screwed

if you own a AK clone, RS rail system is the best you can get IMHO. mounted it on my SGL-31(AK-74) with a primary arms optics and I can't believe how low my optics seats. I can even co-witness, believe it or not! which is almost unheard of on a AK. ya the system is pricey but you got to pay for quality. for me search for a rail system for my AK is now over.

Mount is super light and the lowest on the market, but still not as low as I'd like. Need to raise rear sight leaf to 600M seting for co-witness on AKM.
