The Ruger Precision Rifle .300 Win Mag is a powerful and consistent rifle. It features a 26-inch cold hammer forged chrome-moly steel barrel chambered for .300 Win Mag to handle heavy use. This barrel features a 1:9 twist rate and a Ruger Precision Rifle Magnum Muzzle Brake to effectively reduce recoil while minimizing noise and blast to the sides of the shooter. It boasts Ruger Precision MSR stock features a bottom picatinny rail and soft rubber buttpad. The left-folding stock hinge accepts any AR-style stock. Length of pull and comb height are adjustable. The 18-inch aluminum free-float handguard is black hard-coat anodized aluminum and features Magpul M-LOK slots on all four sides for improved scope clearance for long-range scopes and easy mounting of M-LOK-compatible rails and accessories. An adjustable trigger offers a crisp release with a pull weight that is user adjustable between 2.5 and 5 pounds to facilitate the perfect shot. In addition, it offers minute-of angle accuracy to make every hunt a success. The one-piece, three-lug bolt with 70-degree throw provides ample scope clearance and utilizes a full diameter bolt body and dual cocking cams for smooth, easy cycling from the shoulder. It also features a one-piece picatinny scope base for increased modularity and a visible, accessible and ambidextrous safety for instant security.
