The Sons of Liberty Gun Works AR-15 BCG comes with many advantages like shot peening to help improve strength and even features small improvements like a precision ground gas key interface on the carrier to help secure the gas key in place. Even the cam pin has subtle improvements like a solid film lubricant that helps reduce wear when the bolt is unlocking. The firing pin is hard chrome plated to prevent breakage. I purchased this bolt during a sale which made this an absolute no brainer. When it comes to quality Sons of Liberty is top notch. The bolt movement is smoothe the lockup is snug as long as your other parts are milspec. The staking is excellent and uniform. Some will tell you that you can get a quality bcg for way less and they have had no issues, but the difference is the quality control. They might have no issues with that specific bcg, but the next one or the one you get my have issues. SOLGW has excellent quality control they back it with a lifetime warranty. Overall you can't go wrong with this bcg especially during a sale, stock up and get a few.

I’ve ran over 1k rounds with zero issues the last 6 months. Ran over 300 rounds at a Tactical Games without lubricant. It has aggressive steaking on the gas key. It’s dependable and I trust my life to it.
