The Streamlight TL Racker is an all-in-one forend and light combination for your Mossberg 500/590 pump action shotgun. It features a sleek design that eliminates snag points unlike other shotgun lighting solutions with a light hanging off the side and a long wire that can get stuck on gear. The Racker features an integrated 850 Lumen weapon light with an easy to press, ambidextrous switch pad that allows for momentary and constant on functionality. The forend is molded from high-strength Nylon with an ergonomic design that makes racking the action much easier. The main textured section of the grip also houses the battery compartment that requires two CR123A batteries (included) and runs up to 1.5 hours. Installs just like any other forend and immediately improves the use of your Mossberg 590 as a home defense shotgun.

Amazing product

Great quality an amazing product. Just wish it for the Mossberg Flex 500.

Works Well

by -

I purchased this for my 590A1. Had to get an el-cheapo spanner wrench from A_az_n to safely remove the spanner nut that retains the grip. Easy replacement after that. The only hiccup was my fault, because I over-tightened the spanner nut after installation of the Racker. This caused misalignment and binding of the action. I reviewed the instructions and they emphasize, "DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN". So, I backed it off and just snugged it up. Operated perfectly after that. I haven't done any live fire with it yet, so I cant speak to that. Worked perfectly during dry fire practice with dummy rounds. Feels solid. Light is BRIGHT. On/off/ momentary strip is ergonomic and intuitive.

The forearm has the best light and was an easy install. Now waiting on the tactical stock to go on sale. Thanks PA for the quality merchandise.

The TL-Racker

I love this option for mounting a shotgun tac light. It’s in line with the bore, unobtrusive, and easy to use. If you buy one, buy one of the pump slide retaining nut wrenches as well. You may only use it this one time, but it’ll save a lot of frustration. Great product, highly recommended.

This is a great update/improvement to my 500. Light is bright and was easy to install. Recommendation to anyone that wants a cool light for their shotgun.

Nice Product

So it doesn't look super fancy. The plastic is light but feels very durable. The light is bright as hell and has a nice momentary on/on function. It installs in a few minutes with basic gun tools. It's a great value for my primary home defense platform.

Not for 20 guage

Yes, the light is rad. Light weight, feels durable, super bright, easy to use stay on and temporary feature. doesn’t fit the mossberg 500 20. It didn’t specify in the description but I should’ve known to look further. I only have the 20 so I’ve never taken apart a 12 to see the difference in the for end. Sweet, guess I’m buying a 12 guage.
