The Strike Industries Ambidextrous ISO Latch is a replacement latch for any Strike Industries Latchless Charging Handle, built from durable nylon-filled polymer for better heat resistance than an aluminum latch.

Because it isn't machined from aluminum like most latches, the ISO Latch resists the heat and high-pressure gas that short-barreled and suppressed rifles produce, while its extended, ergonomic shape gives more surface area to grip when charging the rifle.

Still Ambi for Latchless Handle

Even though it's for the latchless charging handle, there is a latch to keep it in place, for suppressed or full auto fire. It's not a hook and pivot, it's just a nub on a tang, held in place by the resilience of the polymer. It has a nice high fence for gas diversion, and the additional grip width is adequate under an optic. The screws are pre-loctited, so just put them in, alternating to keep alignment. If you need to extend both sides of the charging handle, this is cheaper than 2 ISO-tabs, and in my opinion, better.
