The Strike Industries Charging Handle is machined from a 7075-T6 aluminum forging then hardcoat anodized black for long term wear and corrosion resistance. This AR-15 charging handle features an enlarged latch that allows you to more easily manipulate your rifle from the side. Even when using a full size rifle scope, this AR-15 charging handle makes it easy for you to charge your weapon. A raised rear lip helps divert harmful gasses, oil, and dirt away from your face, while its polished surface and ergonomic design make for a smooth, reliable action. Price + Quality = Value

I Have both the SI and the BCM charging handles. To me, the quality and the functionality are identical. Had I not bought the BCM units first, I would probably have only SI units on my ARs and more money in my pockets. The SI units are a better value.

My favorite charging handle.

This is a great charging handle. Better than the BCMs in my opinion. The serrations on the charging handle are rounded but still has a great grip that doesn't dig into your hands. The BCM can wear down my finger over time, this doesn't do it nearly as much.
