take down pins

Fit and finish was top notch. Works great. Will use these on all my future builds. Like always primary arms have quick Shipping. ðŸ‘ðŸ‘

Fit nicely

by

Great pins. Match the lines of my Seekins lower nicely and have little play. The only drawback is the front pin gouges the anti rotation tabs of my Geissele rail when you pivot the upper forward. Guess I'll have to take a little off.

Looks good

Does it's job and looks good doing it as well.

PSA billet lower, SI front pin not compatible.

by

I have the pins with the SI logo. The front pin does not fit the PSA Billet lower. PSA machined a round depression and this pin has a square head, the pin will not fully seat. One could file down the billet lower, file the pin or get different pin/lower.

Love them

Awesome and functional pings. Much worth it and way better looking than the standard ones that come with LPK.

Smooth pins and the larger heads are easier to use than standard size pins. Can break down a rifle with less effort.

Sharp looking and works great! Like buttah!

by -

Very nicely made and finished.easily installed just like stock pins and smooth as buttah.

Very nice fitting in my FN-15 M4 style carbine.seems to fit slightly tighter than stock and makes my receivers feel a bit more solid.they operate very smoothly and the nail nick or lip on the head end allows their extension without first pressing in from the left side though that does make it easier.

I like their shape with the faceted angular heads.the rear takedown pin has a hex head bolt like shape that coincidentally matches the hex shaped qd sling socket of my Phase 5 tactical qd endplate.very nice!
The contoured and faceted front pivot pin has a very subdued and tasteful SI logo etched into it that matches the SI logo on my polymer ejection port door. Both items look great together.

Overall a great product and good and inexpensive way to both personalize your rifle and improve its function and maintenance. Highly recommended.

Simply the best Extended Takedown pins you can buy

by -

Best Takedown pins you can buy, perfect fit on many lowers, these are not extended much so they are still functional and you wont accidentally be knocking these out like some of the other extended pins will do that stick out a 1/4"

Awesome!

Love these extended pins by SI. I have them in three of my AR builds with no issues.

They may present issues with SOME PDW stocks though.

COMPATIBLE with the SB-Tactical PDW.

Almost too tight of a fit

by -

Extremely tight in my Aero Precision receivers. Good because it eliminates any and all wobble between the upper and lower, but also bad because you absolutely can not pop them out by hand to field strip the rifle. You have to use a tool, or end of a bullet to get them to pop out, and even then, you have to give it some umph to break them free.
