TRIARC Systems 5.56 NATO M16 Bolt Carrier Group - NP3
Manufactured by Triarc Systems

Details
The heart of your rifle should be strong. This full-auto rated bolt carrier is made of case hardened 8620 steel with a slick NP3 finish to help it run smoothly and make it easier to clean.
The bolt assembly itself is machined from case hardened 9310 which is then heat treated. This process results in a steel that is 8 percent stronger than Milspec Carpenter 158.
That's how TRIARC Systems operates. They build highly durable rifles and components that are made to exceed Mil-spec standards.
Features:
The bolt is shot-peened, making it more resistant to fatigue fracture and stress corrosion. TRIARC does both high pressure testing (HPT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) -- a pair of important quality control tests to ensure no tiny cracks or weaknesses are hidden beneath the surface of the steel.
The little details make all the difference when you're working with precision components. The gas key in this BCG is made of tough 4130 steel and attached with Grade 8 hardware, a stronger quality hardware made of alloy steel. To make sure the gas key stays in the exact right spot for optimal functioning, it's staked into a milled valley on the carrier.
From top to bottom, TRIARC System is devoted to making rifles and rifle components designed to bet your life on. The company was founded by Iraq war veteran Chris Reeves, a paratrooper who earned the Purple Heart. Now, he develops firearms for responsible civilians from his headquarters in Mansfield, Texas.
