Great for lefties -- with a little bit more info

I bought this for my S&W M&P15 Magpul MOE. It has a forged receiver and would not work in that gun due to interference with one of the strengthening ribs. However all was not lost! I had a mil-spec Anderson Manufacturing AM-15 stripped lower receiver that I built for an SBR and it worked like a champ in that receiver. So my bottom line is check your receiver! Works awesome in mil-spec receivers but may not work in forged lowers etc. Overall a nice product.

I am more comfortable shooting from the left so adding the mag release to a right handed rifle made sense. The mag release was easy to install. I would use it other builds.

A good alternative for an ambi control. Doesn't stick out to far or call attention to itself. I bought my first one on a whim, now I have them installed on all my ARs.

Easy install works great

Works great on both sides. Just remember you need to push the right side in pretty far to get the left side's threads to engage. You'll use the original right side release button and spring, just thread the new left side in.
