Troy Rear Folding Battlesight

I bought this because I have one that came on a BCM and I like it better than the other brand I have used. Although the Magpul MBUS is good, I can see through this one better. Sturdy metal construction. Is a little bit less convenient to fold down, and the dual aperture needs to be folded forward to fold the sight down, which is less friendly than some of the others, but the peep holes are just that much more user friendly to me, that I would rather use the Troy sight. Some of the plastic sights seem to have "fuzz" around the peep hole, if you know what I mean. Maybe it's my eyes, but this one always looks clean through the peep holes to me. The large aperture is good for close range, and the small one for distant.
Top Quality BUIS
by Joshman
I cannot say enough good things about this rear sight. It was just a little low and to the left on the first shot and sighted in on the bullseye before I had used 10 rounds. I mated this with a fixed A2 front sight post. I even managed a ragged hole from three shots in the bullseye at 50 yds.. Holds zero without any trouble.
Great product

I find these BUIS to be very well machined, easy to zero and they look great. I have moved from HK-style front sights to M4 style and these are all I use now. Not cheap but when Primary Arms has them on sale, I jump on them. Great customer service and fast shipping as well.

Awesome Sight

I got this to pair up with my TROY folding front site.Nice high quality site. Windage knob will not move on its own, needs a 556 round or similar. These do not spring up, they need to be manually flipped.Pro: Solid, easy to installCon: will not fold flat when long range aperture is being used. Overall 9.9 out of 10

I had a Troy folding rear sight that's diopter was diamond shaped. That didn't work for me and this one is replacing it.
Troy sights are GTG

I have either the standard Troy folding BUIS or the Troy micros on all my ARs. I like the HK pattern for faster target acquistion, for me anyway.
Outstanding Product...worth the extra $$$

I have the fixed Troy sight but wanted a folding set for a new carbine. I like how this adjusts identically to their fixed sight and folds extremely low. I've used the military's M4 sight, which will fail due to weak spring (and stay up) and the plastic Magpul ones which I've broken. I'd rate Troy in the same realm as ARMS for quality and functionaliity
