The VLTOR Set Screw Gas Block is a low-profile design to fit under most free-float rail systems. It covers one inch of the barrel's surface, and is made to very tight tolerances. These gas blocks are 17-4PH stainless steel, and should be installed by a qualified gunsmith or certified armorer.

Excellent fit and finish. Very low profile. VLTOR quality is top notch.
Slightly 'over-sized".

Slightly 'oversized' but very handy when a barrel has a thick coated finishes where other GB won't slide over. Criterion barrel is perfect example, Geissele, Aero Precision and Spikes won't slide over without risk scratching ; finally the Vltor fits perfectly.
