poor manufacturing and quality control. Stay away!
by Nick -
Stay away from this product. I bought two and both were of poor quality. the Gas tube could not even enter the hole at all. I looked down the hole to see if there was an obstruction, and saw and the base there was crude built up. I cleaned, but still could not get the tube in the hole. The second one was only slightly better. It also had crud built up inside the tube. I cleaned it out, but there was either an obstruction or the hole was not deep enough. The tube did not seat far enough to align the roll pin holes. After multiple attempts I gave up. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!!!
From PA: I'm sorry that you had this experience. We started a return for you.
Check internal for debris before use

Looks good but had to spend half hour cleaning burrs and some sort of crusty stuff out of the inside, was plugged almost solid inside.
Works great

Not sure about the other reviews but I have 3 of these, all work perfectly.
Works fine if you know what your doing
by AR Tinkerer
I ordered two of these, prepared to do some cleaning based on other reviews. There was some crust in them, not a lot. Probably dried cosmoline or something. Then I installed the gas adjustment screw and worked it in and out a few times till it moved freely. Then did the same thing with the gas screw locking screw. It went together just fine, seems heavy duty and clamped onto the barrel well. I see no reason it wont work as intended when I finally get a chance to test and tun the AR pistol and 3 gun setup I built. Is it perfectly ready out of the box like a higher priced gas block, no. But for me, totally worth the 40 dollar cost savings over other manufacturers product.

Decent

These work if you don’t mind putting in ten minutes to clean it up. Like others have stated clean up the gas tube hole. All the threads on the gas block I received were good. I did need to smooth the inside with a metal file so it wouldn’t scratch my barrel on install. There was a raised lip on the inside above the barrel clamping screws which needed to be filed down smooth. If you’re willing to do those minor finishing details this is a decent block for the money and works.
Doesn't Work

There was no adjustment setting where this gas block would allow my AR to fully cycle.
Worked Great for my AR-15 in 223&556
by Nickolas
Delivered quick. I had to use the pin from the original gas block. There was a little bit of debris that I cleaned with a q-tip. The hole from the gas block and the barrel lined up perfectly. I was able to tune my AR to shoot 223 brass at just passed 3oclock, steel casing just before 4oclock and 556 perfectly straight out to the side. Love it.
