Initial installation of these should probably be handled by a qualified gunsmith, but once that’s done, all you have to do to adjust the rear aperture is screw it up and down. There are, additionally, two rear apertures included so that you can decide which works better for you. Generally, the wider aperture is better for acquiring targets up close, whereas the smaller aperture is better for long-range accuracy.
