Details

The ALG Defense Advanced Combat Trigger (ACT) takes the bomb proof reliability of the standard Mil-Spec trigger and gets rid of the grit and vague break. A sharper break has been achieved by polishing the engagement surfaces and coating the trigger with an electroless Nickel plating that provides a significant enhancement to surface hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The hammer, disconnector, and pins have been treated with Nickel Teflon for reduced friction and good wear resistance, with the trigger treated with Nickel Boron the harder surface and greater wear resistance.

Like the QMS, the ACT has been designed to remain as close to the standard Mil-Spec trigger as possible, maintaining a trigger pull that is not lighter than M4/M16 minimum spec of 5.5 lbs.

ALG (the non-Geissele Geissele)

ALG triggers are worked at Geissele so you know it's a quality product. This is a very nice, predictable trigger with plenty of adrenaline and stress induced error left in the pull weight. Bill Geissele's wife offers a quality product at a competitive price. Oh, and Primary Arms rocks!

Great trigger for the money

A much improved trigger over the one that came with my LPK. The pull weight is comparable to the standard trigger, but much smoother with a cleaner break. I now have one in two rifles, and for hunting and shooting steel, this Tigger is a great investment for the money. Five stars for the value and primary Arms service

Awesome trigger for the money. Clean, crisp break. Installed it with 4 lb JP springs. I can't see spending $200+ on other units when this one works so well.
