Details

Modularity and versatility are key functions of the AR-15 and AR-10 platforms and are really what set them apart from other weapon systems on the market. Luth-AR took the idea of a simple stock and made it just as customizable as the rifle itself. The Modular Buttstock Assembly is designed to fit on Mil-Spec A1 and A2 rifle length buffer tubes and includes an integrated castle nut and lock ring for an extremely durable and secure set up. The glass filled reinforced nylon design is fully adjustable for length of pull, cheek riser height, and is fully ambidextrous to fit any shooters needs. This fixed stock is a perfect addition to your competition rifle, hunting or varmint rifle, or dmr setup whether it shoots 223 and 5.56 or 308 and 7.62 ammunition.

The Luth-AR Modular Buttstock Assembly was designed to give competition shooters the edge when on the firing line. Whether the match requires precision long-range shooting or fast cqb shots, this stock can do it all. The rubber recoil pad can be adjusted to a total of 1 1/16” of additional length and the cheek riser can add an additional 1”. The cheek rest can also be switched to the right side for left-handed shooters and moved back and forth depending on your scope eye relief. The adjustments can easily be made with the finger adjustable large knurled knobs on the right side. The stock also includes quick detach sling mounts on either side and features a support hand rest for added stability when taking long distance shots.

Luth-AR stock.

A little disappointed that I had to modify the top forward edge so the charging handle would clear it. The stock functions well but I would not call it light. The adjustable cheek piece is wasted on a standard height AR mount but I am using a riser so I did move it up a little. Length adjustment is great. Now if Aero precision would just make a two inch high scope mount to go with it.

A versatile, well designed and well manufactured adjustable buttstock. Gives you exactly what you need at a very nice price. You can spend more but I don't think you get any more value!!

AWESEOME STOCK

I'm using this on an AR10 setup for precision shooting. This stock is perfect, and $100+ cheaper than the Magpul PRS. You must run the cheek riser back a couple spaces to make room for the longer charging handle of an AR10, but other than that it's perfect on mine. Collapsed, the length of pull from the butt to the trigger is 15 inches. That's my length of pull, so next time I'll save another $40 and just buy the skeleton version and the check riser.

Luth-AR is pretty much as advertised . . . less expensive, lighter, and nominally more difficult to adjust than a Magpul equivalent, but that's what I was after.Gotta also complement the Primary Arms guys . . . I dropped by the "shop" in Pearland (Houston area) as I was in town and they made sure I got the right model for my weapon of choice. Not only that, but as it was a slow afternoon, they even installed it for me!

Replaced my standard a2 buttstock with the luth ar and wow what an amazing improvement. I wish I had done this to start with. Awesome stock, thanks for the great product.

Luth buttstock is well worth the money,but you should make it very clear it only fits rifle buffer tubes.l built a new lower so it did not affect me.
