The rubber recoil pad can be adjusted to a total of 1 1/16” of additional length and the cheek riser can add an additional 1”. The cheek rest can also be switched to the right side for left-handed shooters and moved back and forth depending on your scope eye relief. The adjustments can easily be made with the finger adjustable large knurled knobs on the right side. The stock also includes quick detach sling mounts on either side and features a support hand rest for added stability when taking long distance shots.
The Luth-AR company was founded by the same man who founded the DPMS and Panther Arms firearms companies. Randy Luth started as a machinist and built his way up to leading some of the most recognizable and respected companies in the firearms industry. The Luth company now owns seven patents for high quality AR-15/.308 components and accessories that are built for the competition shooter, hunter, and gun enthusiast.

Not that happy
by Bud aka William -
I adjusted the butt for my body and the cheek piece for my head and tightened the thumb screws. I shot my new rifle once, and the special nut for the cheep piece is gone. After shooting last week, I began cleaning my guns and found it missing. Now what. Other than that, It's ok.
Great intro product, but missing key features on a precision stock.

There is only a few reasons I am not giving this a five star review but these flaws are enough to sway future purchases.
1. There is no rail on this. The MBA-3 and MBA-4 both have rails to mount monopods too (which are fantastic) and this one was one thing that irked me. It required me to pay an additional $35 bucks for an attachment on something it really should have come with.
2. There was no actual QD sling attachment. I ended up grabbing one from a magpul stock with screw and having to drill it in.
Besides that, its a great low weight stock.
That being said- it's leaps and bounds better (and cheaper) than the magpul PRS stocks and jammed with features that are much better for a 1/3 of the price.
Perfect after a couple little mods

Have one on a AR15 and a AR10. AR15 no problem what so ever. AR10 charging handle is longer had to mod the cheek piece so that I could fully charge a round. Not a big deal to me but fair warning to those building a AR10 to keep in mind that AR10 charging handles are longer. Always Mod it anyways by installing a swivel stud in the bottom of the stock for my Mono Pod anyways.
2nd one for me, nice!

Love it!
Great Item

Awesome quality, regardless of price point.
To those who keep commenting that “they need to specify that it’s not for a ‘regular’ (carbine) buffer tube, you should really learn your terminology if you’re going to be tinkering with firearms. A2 AND A1 BOTH mean “rifle”. Scary to think that you’re handling such potentially dangerous objects yet are so uneducated. Very scary.
Yep RIFLE! A1, A2 = RIFLE. Nice!

Just finished a .224 Valkyrie build, haven't shot it yet, but. Really like this stock, I'm 6' tall with a 6'6" wingspan so the extra length on this is nice. Between the stock and Burris P.E.P.R. mount I'm all the way forward on my receiver but without having to have any of the mount on the front rail which makes for a nice solid base.
Best stock for the price

Bought two of these stocks, one for me and the other for my wife. She like her and I like mine. Many reviews said it need to say it fit only rifle length, but it stated that it replace the A1 and A2 stock, not the carbine. Rifle length=standard length.
Now for the stock. Very easy to install to the rifle by removing the upper buttplate screw and installation is just as easy, remove the adjustable buttpad by removing the set bolt on the side and just pull out. Put on the tube and may need to "smack" just an tad, install the screw that came with the stock and then reinstall the buttpad. It's very solid and light weight and think it's better then Magpul. Once you get the buttpad and cheek pad set, it's does not need to be messed with again unless an different user is using it.
Must be used with RIFLE buffer tube. not standard AR tube
by Shane
Cool buttstock, but you MUST HAVE A RIFLE BUFFET TUBE! It will not fir a standard AR15 buffer tube. Sending it back bc I had my buffet tube cericoated to match my lower. Buttstock could have that in the description. Sending back
Money Well Spent

This was a nice addition to my build. It is great quality and by fat one of the best Stocks I've used on my builds. If you are going to purchase this Luth-AR stock or any other Luth stock I highly recommend purchasing the Luth -AR Stubby grip if you shoot righty as it's made for right hand shooters. Top quality! Don't cheap out on your stock by all means.
