PA Excellent, Del-Ton OK

PA processing and USPS delivery is remarkably fast. 5 Stars.
Upper factory packed with cardboard supports that wear thru finish at contact points. Flash hider finish worn from wrench tightening. The delta ring and charging handle have a gloss finish, rest of upper matte/phosphate. Fits DPMS lower very well. Haven't shot it. Del-Ton 4 stars
