Manufactured in the U.S.A. from high quality American 8620 tool steel with a 9310 Super Steel Alloy bolt assembly with fully mil-spec dimensions. The grade 8 gas key screws have been properly hydraulically staked to ensure they won't work themselves free. Both carrier and bolt have been nitrided for an incredibly durable and slick finish. Add in proper magnetic particle inspection of the bolt and a one year warranty and it's easy to see a GunTec USA bolt carrier in your next rifle.

Fit to finish last BCG U need

Whether U call it Ferritic nitrocarburizing, Tenifer or Melonite it all adds up to great finish on a great BCG. GunTec has manufactured a BCG with all the right touches and specs for firing even in the worst condition, currently -22° and never had the usual issue with gas or ejector sticking.

Very nice BCG

I ordered this Bolt Carrier Group to go with a Melonited barrel I purchased a while ago. The finish on this BCG is very nice. The machining on it appears to be very nice also. The staking of the gas key seems very light. I think with a hammer and punch, I can make the staking marks a little deeper. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase. The shipping was very fast.
